Litigation Associate Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 4–5 years of experience to join its Minneapolis office. This role offers significant responsibility on complex, high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial matters, with opportunities to appear in state and federal court and work closely with experienced trial teams.

Requirements:

4–5 years of sophisticated litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and handling pre-trial court appearances. Strong writing, advocacy, and analytical skills required. Clerkship or prior court experience is a plus. Active Minnesota license or eligibility for admission required.

Compensation:

Base salary range $205,000 – $215,000, based on experience and an approximate 1,850 billable hour target. Total compensation may include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
